BOOKING CONDITIONS

Bookings & Arrival

Bookings can be amended or cancelled online via your confirmation email or SMS.

Guests are required to arrive on time for their reservation. We are unable to extend bookings if you arrive late.

Bookings not seated within 15 minutes of the booking time may be released to the general public.

Live Entertainment

Fridays and Saturdays may feature live singers or DJs, creating a lively atmosphere throughout the venue.

Guests booking during these times should expect live entertainment, particularly in our Outside area.

Dining Areas & Service Style

Restaurant: Full service dining experience.

Outside: Casual dining area. Orders are placed via QR code or at the bar. Full table service is not provided.

Drinks Section: Service style may vary depending on availability and time of day.

Booking Duration

All bookings are allocated a maximum dining time of 2 hours.

Pre-authorisation & No-Shows

For bookings of 6 guests or more, a pre-authorisation is required.

A charge will only apply if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking time or in the event of a no-show.

Birthdays & Celebrations

A $10 cake storage fee applies for externally supplied cakes.

Guests are welcome to bring their own candles and lighter if required.
