Wild Purveyors with Pier 33 | Noosa Food and Wine Festival 2018

NOOSA FOOD AND WINE - 19th May, 5pm opening

Over sunset scenes at the Mooloolaba Marina comes a night to indulge in the Sunshine Coasts best wild produce through Head Chef - Simon Taylor’s five course tasting menu. Each dish balanced by native edibles will show how sustainably sourced produce can be put on the table. 

Expect to taste perfectly paired Australian wines against this seafood focused dining experience. 




After honing his skills in Sydney and Melbourne, including a two year stint at Sydney’s renowned Flying Fish and working under the tutelage of 3 hatted chef Jacques Raymond, Noosa boy Simon Taylor has returned - proud to be calling the coast home again.

Simon is passionate about local produce and works alongside our regions suppliers to source the best ethical, sustainable and quality ingredients for his menu. His love for showcasing the best of what's around
